Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks of purchase. Larger furniture pieces may take slightly longer, as they are prepared and shipped with care.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. All prices shown, including delivery charges, are in GBP and inclusive of VAT — there are no hidden costs added later.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as courier delays — may affect delivery times. We'll always keep you informed if this happens.

International Delivery
